We’ll set up your company for free and you can use our address as your registered office address for a professional edge. Your accounting post will come to us and we’ll handle it. We’ll guide you through the set-up process, ensuring you understand the decisions you need to make.
There are no switching fees if you're moving from another accountant, and we'll handle the switching process for you. You get our cloud-based portal as part of the package, but if you use Freeagent and want to stick with it, we’re integrated and can add a Freeagent subscription for £15+VAT per month.
‘IR35’ is the industry name for legislation intended to prevent contractors from avoiding tax by working through their own Limited Company even though they do the same job as an employee. There are grey areas within the legislation and if HMRC decides that your contract puts you ‘within’ IR35, you’ll have to pay tax and National Insurance like an employee, rather than taking your director’s fee and dividends. When you join Intouch, you’ll have a direct line to your personal accountant who will offer unlimited IR35 reviews and advice.
No hidden chargeable extras
Just a fixed monthly fee

Just an online portal (or FreeAgent friendly)
Our cloud based portal means you can do day to day stuff like creating invoices, adding expenses and checking your dashboard without the need for clumsy spreadsheets. If you're already using FreeAgent, we're fully integrated there too.
No tie-in periods or leaving fees
Just a month’s notice
We’d like to think our service is such that you’d have no reason to leave us; the readers of contractoruk.com seem to think so, as they voted us the best Small/Medium Contractor Accountant 2017! If you did choose to leave, you’d just give a calendar month’s notice and that’s it.
No set-up costs
Just great offers
When you join Intouch as a client, we'll set up and incorporate your new Limited Company for free, or if you're switching from another accountancy, we won't charge any catch-up fees. Click here to see the whole range of offers currently available.
Some clients need additional services on top of the Intouch Core package, so we offer the following optional extras to suit you.
When you set up your first Limited Company, you’ll also need to open a business bank account and consider the appropriate insurances. You may also want to review how you manage your personal finances. We've selected some preferred suppliers for their experience with contractors and freelancers.
