In last Autumn’s Budget, the government announced that it would consult on how to tackle non-compliance with IR35 rules in the private sector. In May this year, that IR35 consultation was announced, with a closing date of 10th August.
As contracting accountants, we encourage all other interested parties to contribute; that means contractors as well as end-hirers who want to continue to have access to and support self-employed contractors.
